SuiteFit is a tech-enabled marketplace that matches residents of luxury apartment communities with verified, elite fitness trainers for 1-on-1 sessions in their own building's gym. We operate as a professional bridge, ensuring that every session is safe, professional, and convenient.
How does the matching process work?
Residents can browse a curated list of vetted trainers who serve their specific building. Once a trainer is selected, residents book sessions directly through our platform based on the trainer's availability and set rates.
Are the trainers background-checked?
Yes. To ensure your safety and the security of your community, all trainers must successfully pass a comprehensive third-party background screening before their profile is made visible on the platform.
Do trainers have insurance?
Absolutely. Every trainer on the SuiteFit platform is required to maintain their own professional liability insurance. This policy must name "SuiteFit LLC" as an additional insured to provide an extra layer of protection for you and the property.
Can I book a session even if my building doesn't have a formal contract with SuiteFit?
Yes. Our model is built on the "Resident-Invitee" principle. You are inviting a professional, verified guest into your building's facility to provide a private service, just as you would any other professional guest.
Trainers and residents must strictly follow all posted rules and regulations of the specific property. Access is strictly limited to the duration of the confirmed, booked session. Trainers are prohibited from using the facilities for personal use or outside of booked session times.
SuiteFit acts as your limited payment collection agent. Residents pay for sessions through our secure app, and the final amount—minus our platform fees—is paid out to your connected account anytime you want
Trainers are solely responsible and liable for any damage they, their equipment, or their client may cause to the property's common areas or equipment during a session.
No. You operate as an independent contractor (1099). You have full autonomy to set your own hourly rates, manage your own schedule, and build your own brand within the buildings you serve.
You must possess valid professional certifications from a recognized organization (such as NASM, ACE, or ISSA) and maintain a current CPR/AED certificate. These documents must be kept up to date to remain active on the platform.
As an independent business owner, the background check is part of your professional credentialing. It is a one-time vetting fee that unlocks your access to elite clients and ensures residents that they are working with a verified professional.
